• do you have any studying methods you use? if so, share them with us (please *sobs*)!
writing is the only method i know :(. i can remember if i write what i’m learning and it also helps to read it out loud as if giving lecture. and that’s it *sobs again*.
-> today i just revisited some notes before my mid-term and let me tell you this: i rocked it ehehehe! then i treated myself with a filter coffee with millk before the next class :].
I noticed that I gained a lot of self-confidence concerning my studies and my qualities as a worker throughout the summer months. I have more courses than before, one more job than last semester and a lot more reading yet I don’t feel as nervous or anxious about my abilities to organise my semester and my tasks. (What do I do with my online handle now that it doesn’t feel accurate anymore?) This success I attribute to working on finding reflection strategies - daily, weekly, monthly or whenever there is a feeling of discontent and stress. I question where it stems from, whether it can be solved or whether I have to reevaluate my expectations of myself. I am quite proud of that.
22.10.2022 || My 5th semester of medical school starts with a 2 week statistics block. My exam will be on Friday, so wish me luck! I am motivated to learn everything, because I know that it will need it as a researcher. xo Lux
